School Concert with Danny & Gerry
It’s a fantastic way to learn English with songs and moves. Danny, born in Canada, and Gerry from Ireland, performed one of their shows at our school.
With songs like “Splish, Splash, Splosh” or “Seven Days” the students learned with their whole body including all senses, in a playful way and they create positive emotional anchors. The idea is that music, movement and rhythm, together with language can form the basis for an integrative and creative approach to language teaching. We transformed our classroom and gym into a positive learner-oriented environment…and had a lot of fun with the songs of Danny & Gerry.
